• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $250.00 within the contiguous United States.

• Flat Rate Shipping: For orders under $250.00, a flat shipping and handling fee of $15.00 will be applied at checkout.

• Delivery Estimates: Standard delivery typically arrives within 3–5 business days.

3. B2B Delivery Standards

As a specialized supplier of ISO-standard dental burs and surgical equipment, we maintain strict delivery protocols:

• Professional Addresses: DCR primarily ships to registered dental practices, clinics, and laboratories.

• High-Value Shipments: For your protection, orders exceeding $500.00 or containing sensitive handpieces/equipment may require a signature upon delivery.

• Shipping Insurance: High-value equipment orders are automatically insured during transit to protect against loss or damage.

4. Inspection & Reporting

Given the precision nature of rotary instruments, please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival:

• Reporting Window: Any discrepancies, missing items, or transit damage must be reported to support@diamondcutrotary.com within 3 business days of delivery.

• Damage Claims: Please retain all original packaging and provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods to facilitate a rapid replacement.
