Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible items.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date

The item is unused and uninstalled

The item is in its original, unopened packaging with all seals, labels, and protective materials intact

The item is in the same condition as when it was received
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Products that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging

Items that show signs of use, wear, or contamination

Products returned after the 30-day window has passed

Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or mishandling by the customer

Any item marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at support@diamondcutrotary.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and a return authorization.

Ship the item back in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for exchange requests.
